Dave Glick

Dave Glick, EdM, LCSW

Our founder and executive director, Dave has been working in the combined fields of behavioral health, special education, and disability services since 1993. Originally trained at Boston University, he has worked as a special education teacher, behavior analyst/specialist, clinical director, and as a disability consultant and advocate. He holds a master's in both education and social work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Dave founded Triad Psych, p.c., in 2003 to provide valuable resources to the special needs community.


Debbie Bryan

Debbie Bryan, PhD, LCSW

As one of our senior clinicians, Debbie works with children and families using traditional and non-traditional counseling techniques in individual and group settings. She has more than 30 years of experience in community mental health settings, helping children with ADD and learning disabilities across the autism spectrum. Debbie holds a master's degree in social work from Clark Atlanta University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the Gannon University of Pennsylvania. She also attends IEP and other school meetings regularly.


Tiffany Parker

Tiffany Parker, LPC, CPCS, MBA

Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Georgia and a Certified Case Manager (CCM). Tiffany completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee and completed her graduate degree in Professional Counseling at Argosy University. She has over 12 years of experience providing case management and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of treatment settings. Tiffany’s therapeutic approach is one that is integrative and holistic. She specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders with adolescents and adults, behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, family systems therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Tiffany’s counseling style focuses on meeting the client’s needs and providing a safe and comfortable environment throughout the therapeutic process.

Specialty Areas: Substance Use Disorders, Mood Disorders, Disruptive Behaviors in Children and Adolescents, Anger Management, and Couples/Family counseling


Will Carroll

Will Carroll, MA, LPC

Another of our senior clinicians, Will is a psychometrist with a wealth of experience in psychological testing, specifically in the area of intelligence. Will has a master's degree in specialty counseling from Liberty University and is a licensed associate professional counselor. He has been a counselor since December 2003, when he started working for the State of Georgia with juveniles and troubled teens. Today Will sees children, adults, parents, couples, and families to assist with problems in ADHD, depression, marital discord, and establishing family boundaries. At Triad Psych, p.c., Will conducts combined social skills and therapy groups for high school students with neurological issues. He is also able to provide Christian-based counseling to clients upon request.


Heather Westbrook, LMSW

Heather Westbrook, LMSW

Heather is a licensed masters' level social worker who earned her bachelor's in human services and masters in social work degree both from Kennesaw State University. Heather has experience in inpatient, residential, and school settings. She specializes in social skills instruction and acquisition, and group psychotherapy. At Triad, she coordinates the elementary, high school, and adult social skills groups. As a social work clinician with a specialization in case management, Heather embraces a direct, goal-oriented approach utilizing s a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy to create options to help her clients get maximum outcomes.


Matt Bestic

Matt Bestic, M.Ed., APC

Matt is a clinician with experience in mental health at both the inpatient and outpatient levels of care. Since graduating from Augusta University in 2016, Matt has been working in the mental health field to address problem behaviors that result from one’s environmental experiences and upbringing, engaging in individual, group, and family counseling. Through that experience, Matt has worked with clients of all ages with multiple diagnoses, including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Schizophrenia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Matt has delved into multiple aspects of theoretical orientation during that time, studying diverse modalities of treatment, including Trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Logotherapy, and Applied Behavioral Analysis. Matt’s ultimate goal from a client-centered perspective is to assist clients in learning to experience and grow through the feelings and experiences that they have found difficulty in attempting to explore on their own. It is through that assistance that Matt looks to help people moderate their behaviors and discover strengths within the weaknesses that have blocked them from achieving their goals in the past.


Kia Silva

Kia Silva, PsyD

Kia is our supervising and consulting psychologist, specializing in treating adolescents and adults. She oversees all of our testing and assessment services for issues including diagnostic clarification, academic and ADHD assessment, bariatric surgery, and testing to help determine appropriate treatment levels. Kia believes in a client-centered perspective that honors each client as the director of his or her own life. She trained at The Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders and the University of Chicago Medical Center.
